The office is staffed from 10am-4pm. Outside these hours, it may regrettably happen that you will have to wait or do not get an answer because we are busy and have to take care of our guests.
Remember to press the “Send” button when you have entered your details. Unfortunately, from time to time, it may happen that orders via mobile devices do not go through.
We prefer not to split bills and cannot guarantee that you will get a window table.

Groups of more than 10 people:
To give your group the best possible experience, we ask that you order a shared menu from the group menu (e.g. 1 starter, 1 main course with fish or meat and 1 dessert). Please send us this menu no later than the day before arrival.
Cancellation deadlines and regulations for groups of more than 15 people:
Up to 1 month before arrival – 100 % cancellation free of charge
Up to 14 days before arrival – 50 % of the original booking will be charged
Up to 7 days before arrival – 10 % change in the number of participants free of charge
Up to 2 days before arrival – all changes in the number of participants will be charged in full.
